Depending on your interaction with us, we may process:

• Identity and contact details you provide (for example company name, contact person, email and phone number).
• Message content, such as quote requests, partner sign-up details and general inquiries.
• Technical usage data from website infrastructure (for example IP address, browser/device data, date/time and visited pages).

Some forms open your own email client with prefilled information. We do not receive that information until you explicitly send the email.

After sending, we process the received information as described in this statement.

We process personal data only for defined business purposes, including:

• Handling inquiries, quote requests and partner requests, and preparing/executing agreements (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
• Business communication and relationship management (GDPR art. 6(1)(f), legitimate interest).
• Compliance with legal obligations (GDPR art. 6(1)(c)).
• Security and abuse prevention for our systems and website (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).

We keep personal data no longer than necessary for the purpose collected, unless longer retention is legally required or needed for legal claims.

Correspondence and quote-related data are retained as reasonably needed for handling and follow-up, then according to administrative and legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with processors such as hosting, email and IT service providers under appropriate safeguards.

We may also disclose data when legally required by authorities.

If personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we apply appropriate GDPR safeguards, such as approved standard contractual clauses, unless an exception applies.

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against loss, unauthorized access and unlawful processing. No internet or storage method is completely secure.

In the current setup, this website does not use third-party marketing or analytics cookies.

If non-essential cookies are introduced in the future, we will inform you and ask for consent where legally required.

Under the GDPR, you may have rights such as access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability (where applicable).
